Hello everyone, I am Farmer Joe Kuszaj (pronouced coo-shy) from Eureka, MO! I grew up and currently reside on our family farm which is located right outside of Eureka, MO. I attended the Univeristy of Missouri - Columbia, where I obtained a degree in Sustainable Agriculture; where I was introduced to many different farming systems and the social, environmental, and economical impacts of our food system.

What inspired me to start a microgreen farm was not only how quickly you can produce a marketable product, but also the health benefits of adding microgreens to your diet. Their vitamin and antioxidant levels are up to 40x higher than fully grown vegetables, and they are able to be grown without the use of insecticides or chemical fertilizers. They are truly a non-toxic superfood I would recommend everyone add to their diet.

It is my honor to be your microgreen grower and to be able to deliver freshly produced food of the highest quality to your door step.
